Come and explore a chocolate bar making class with us from bean to bar.
Indulge in a 1 hour class, as you learn about the history of bean to bar craft chocolate, how it's made and processed and make your very own bars to take home with you.
You will have a selection of seasonal toppings like freeze dried fruits, nuts and toffees.
The chocolates we will use for this class will be our award winning 55% cashew maya mylk chocolate, and our 70% peru house chocolate.
You will learn some chocolate history so that you can understand where and how Cacao comes to be. What flavors Cacao Beans can take on and why.
