This combo works so well together Base chocolate for this is our Peru Ucayali River 70% then we toasted some organic macadamia nuts, reduced down some awesome Ontario maple syrup and mixed it all together and topped it with some sea salt, it’s a wild and flavorful combo.
You get some nice chucks of maple and macadamia nuts all in one bite.
